Import Duties & Taxes:
International customers may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. We cannot influence or cover these charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Once your order has been dispatched, the risk passes to the carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery times or be responsible for lost or delayed packages. For items that arrive defective, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Tracking:
If a tracked shipping method is used, a tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
