Refund policy
Damages and Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@lonelyaces.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Except for defective/damaged items or the EU cooling-off period, all sales are final. This includes custom or personalised items, perishable goods, sale items, and gift cards.
How to Return Items
To return an eligible item, contact us at info@lonelyaces.com for instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged, or you are exercising your EU legal right to cancel.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
